Returns & Cancellations Policy

This Returns & Cancellations Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when
requesting a return, refund, or order cancellation at Aseez, in compliance with UK
consumer laws.
1. Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to
cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by contacting
support@aseez.com within the 14-day cancellation period.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
Personalised or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Hygiene or personal care items once opened
Digital products or downloadable content nThis does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email support@aseez.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for return approval and instructions
Ship the item back within 14 days of approval
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or
incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14
business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with supporting photos.
In such cases, Aseez will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full
refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been
shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
