Welcome to Aseez. This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on our
website are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United Kingdom and
internationally.
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on www.aseez.com are subject to availability and confirmation of
payment. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation
email at the email address provided during checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding
public holidays). During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods,
processing times may be extended.
Aseez reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to stock unavailability, payment
issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect order information.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)
Selected international destinations (availability may vary)
If your location is not available at checkout, shipping to your region may not be
supported at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and dispatch:
UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
UK Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to
customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

Selected shipping method
Order weight and size
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your
purchase.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These
charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
Aseez is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Aseez is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the
customer.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, additional
shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at
support@aseez.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We may require supporting evidence, such as photos or carrier reports, to investigate
and resolve the issue.
